Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 16, 2026

Condo Compliance Desk ("CCD," "we," "us," or "our") provides administrative and project-coordination support for condominium workflows. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit condocompliancedesk.com, schedule a call, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with our website.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

We may collect:

  • Contact information, including your name, business email address, telephone number, organization, property, or association.
  • Scheduling information, including the time you select and the optional description of what currently feels stuck.
  • Communications you send by email, telephone, or through a scheduling flow.
  • Information you choose to provide after an engagement begins under a separate written agreement.

Please do not send confidential legal, engineering, insurance, financial, owner, resident, credential, or other sensitive case information through the public website, ordinary email, or the booking form unless CCD has provided an authorized secure method.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting and analytics providers may collect limited technical and usage information, such as:

  • Browser and device type.
  • Operating system.
  • Approximate location derived from an IP address.
  • Referring page, pages viewed, and time spent.
  • Clicks, scrolling, navigation, and booking-intent events.
  • Diagnostic, performance, and security information.

Session replay

If you choose Allow analytics, PostHog may create a privacy-protected replay of your interaction with the public website. A replay can show page layout, navigation, clicks, scrolling, and other interface interactions so we can understand where visitors encounter friction.

CCD configures session replay to mask all input contents, redact URL query strings, exclude the embedded booking interface from recording, and avoid intentionally collecting case details or documents. We do not use replay for advertising, automated decision-making, or identifying individual visitors. You may decline or withdraw consent at any time through Privacy choices in the website footer.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and schedule conversations.
  • Evaluate whether CCD may be able to assist with an administrative workflow.
  • Provide services requested under a separate written agreement.
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
  • Understand aggregate visitor behavior and improve the booking path.
  • Maintain business records, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on consent, steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate business interests that do not override your rights, and compliance with legal obligations.

3. Cookies And Privacy Choices

The website may use local storage, cookies, or similar technologies for security, hosting, analytics preferences, and measurement.

PostHog analytics and session replay are disabled by default until you choose Allow analytics. If you decline, PostHog does not capture analytics events or session replay from that device. Your choice is stored so the site can remember it. You can change it later through Privacy choices.

Lovable, the website host, may process basic traffic, device, performance, and security information as part of operating and measuring the published website. Browser controls and privacy signals may provide additional choices, but disabling necessary storage may affect website operation.

4. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate the website and respond to you, including:

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or support a business reorganization. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including responding to inquiries, maintaining requested relationships, operating and improving the website, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal or recordkeeping obligations. Retention periods vary by data category and provider settings. We periodically review whether information is still needed and delete or anonymize it when reasonably appropriate.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we process. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not transmit sensitive case materials until an authorized secure process has been established.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to:

  • Request access to personal information we maintain about you.
  • Request correction or deletion.
  • Obtain a portable copy of certain information.
  • Withdraw consent to analytics or session replay.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Opt out of a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising where those concepts apply. CCD does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
  • Appeal a decision concerning a privacy request where applicable law provides that right.
